Xpand Media provides digital marketing services including but not limited to performance marketing, web design and conversion rate optimization, social media management, AI automation, marketing strategy consulting, AI creative and UGC production, B2B outbound services, and generative engine optimization. Services are provided on an as-requested basis according to individual service agreements.

Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. The terms regarding termination, notice periods, and wind-down procedures will be specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xpand Media and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be governed by these terms. Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration organization.
